Engine 62-1

Engine 62-1 is a 1988 Spartan/Grumman 1250 gpm/750 gwt custom pumper.  It is our 1st out piece on all fire type responses.  It is equipped with 2 200' 1 3/4" crosslays, 1 150' 1 3/4" front bumper/trash line, a pre-connected BlitzFire, pre-piped deck gun, 6 MSA MMR SCBA, VentMaster saw, MSA Thermal Imaging Camera, MSA gas meter, 1300' of 5" supply line, 24' extension ladder, 14' roof ladder, 10' attic ladder, 3k Yamaha generator, a pre-connected Pro Pac foam pro system and other hand tools essential to engine company operations.  This engine was formerly owned by the Grantley Fire Company of Spring Garden Twp and was designated Engine 13.



Engine 62-2

Engine 62-2 is a 1981 American LaFrance 1250 gpm/500 gwt custom pumper.  It is our first out piece on all vehicle accidents and is also set up as our water supply.  It is equipped with 2 1 3/4" crosslays, a 2 1/2" pre-connected blitz line, a BlitzFire, 6 MSA MMR SCBA, MSA 4 gas meter, JunkYard Dog stabilization set, Hurst Centaur Combi-Tool, Dewalt cordless Sawzall, Hazorb pads and Pigs, Pro Pac foam pro, Floating dock and low flo strainers, 1200' 5" supply line, 35' extension ladder, 14' roof ladder, 10' attic ladder, 10k diesel generator and numerous other hand tools essential to engine company operations.  Engine 62-2 is also equipped for medical assist calls with a basic first in bag, oxygen and an AED.  This engine was formerly owned by Goodwill Fire Company in Jacobus and was designated as Engine 18-1.  Prior to that, this was FDNY Engine 65 "the Midtown Mob".  It was one of 5 pumpers ordered in the lime yellow color by FDNY in 1981 for a study of possibly changing the color of their apparatus.  4 were Mack CF pumpers.  This is the only ALF that was ever ordered lime yellow by the FDNY.



Tanker 62

Tanker 62 (The "Mad Dog") is a 1987 R model Mack/KME/Darley 1000 gpm/2500 gwt Tanker/Pumper.  It's primary purpose is shuttling and supplying water.  It is equipped with a 10" square electric dump w/ cab controls, 2500 gallon folda tank, 2 3" direct tank fills, 2 1 3/4 crosslays, a 2 1/2" crosslay blitz line, 2 MSA MMR SCBA, and 800' of 3" supply line, 24' extension ladder, 12' roof ladder and a 5k Honda generator.  The Tanker was formerly owned by the Hometown Fire Company.



Brush 62

Brush 62 is a 1975 Dodge/Saulsbury 250 gpm PTO/200 gwt.  Obviously, it's primary function is brush, woods and field fires.  It is equipped with numerous hand tools ranging from Pulaski tools, rakes, shovels, axes, brush hooks and flappers; 2 Stihl chain saws with appropriate chaps and other safety gear, Stihl leaf blower, 4 Indian bladder bags, Ramsay electric winch, tow chains, 600' 1" forestry line in 2 300' preconnects, 600' 3" supply line, 200' booster reel, 150' 1 3/4" pre-connect, 300 gpm portable pump and ground sweeps under the front bumper for pump and roll operations and 1 MSA MMR SCBA just in case of the unexpected.  The brush was formerly owned by the Blazing Arrow Hook and Ladder Company in Tyrone, PA and was set up as a mini-pumper/attack piece.
